What I do

Hi I’m Don and I had back pain which was mismanaged and lead to back surgery. I spent 2 years not being able to do the activities I enjoyed. Now I spend my time helping people over 40 overcome back pain and get back to their life even if they have tried everything.

Your commitment

I can help you overcome  and get rid of back pain and get back to meaningful activities - but, I can’t do it for you. You have to do the work. My job is to guide, motivate, encourage and support you, and to make it FUN. Your job is to show up and do the work.

 

“Doing the work” means:

 

  • Collaborate to set goals you’re excited about

  • Attend 2 in-person sessions per week

  • Keep a workout diary so we can track your progress and keep you on target

  • Do your home exercises (max 10 minutes) at least 2 days per week

 

This program WILL get you results because of the magic ingredient… consistency! If you’ve tried to overcome your back pain before but struggled.. Probably consistency was the missing ingredient.

 

I’ll help you achieve consistency by coaching, motivating, supporting, and holding you accountable, along with several other elements like creating a habit, flexible goal setting and making your program fun and easy to do.
